Date of Event: 18th February

We have 15 places available for this and it will be taking place on 18th February at TS Legion in Wednesbury.

There will be a small charge of £6 to cover breakfast lunch and refreshments through the day, there will be accommodation available on the Friday evening and Saturday evening at TS Legion for those requiring it or attending the training the following day.

This training package offers us the ability to develop the character and personal qualities of current and new adults in a command situation, and provide an interesting and stimulating exercise that motivates and develops teamwork. This is a classroom based war game exercise. Participants taking part take on the roles of senior officers and are presented with a factually based scenario. The programme is a fluid one, with the exercise director controlling the events as the action develops, dependent upon the decisions and actions taken by the candidates.

As well as being a learning exercise, it is also a lot of fun, and helps to build working relationships between all involved.

This course is open to all staff and is an excellent opportunity to develop leadership and command skills.
